Services Available at City Hall
Citizens are welcome to come to City Hall to pay their utility bills, which include electric, water, and sewer usages. New residents must contact the City Collector for service connections.

The Municipal Court Clerk is located at City Hall. Municipal Court questions may be directed to the Court Clerk.

The City Codes are now available online!

Driver License Tests are given at the Police Station at 319 E Dallas St. every Friday. The driver examiners can be reached at 417-942-8046

Other services include burn permits, building permits, golf membership sign-ups, maps, and general questions. (Note: Click on building permits and golf membership for more information on the fees required.)

City Offices
City Hall houses the administrative office of the City, including the Mayor, City Administrator, City Clerk, and City Collector. It also houses the offices of the Building and Code Enforcement Department, Economic Development, and the Public Works Director. The Police Department, including the Chief of Police's office, is located at the 319 E Dallas St..
