Golf Course
Mount Vernon is home to a 9-hole golf course located on the Northeast edge of town.
Golf cart rental and storage are available. Mount Vernon has a very active golf league.

Daily Green Fees
To become a member or to view additional fees: Golf Membership Form.
Memberships can be paid Monday - Friday, at the Golf Course or at City Hall.
All memberships will be renewed annually on the date purchased. To ensure members golf cart storage for the year, payment for cart storage and membership must be received before January 31st.
High school golf team privileges extend Monday - Friday, during the golf season. List of players to be furnished by the school.
A maximum of five-weekend tournaments (when the course is closed) will be allowed per year. Cost is $500/per day for use of the course. Weekday tournaments must be cleared with the Parks and Recreation Committee and Mayor.

General Rules
- All Persons must register at the pro-shop before playing.
- Players and guests may use the golf course at their own risk.
- Carts must have a sand bottle attached to the cart.
- Players may practice only in designated practice areas.
- The golf course is to be used exclusively for the playing of golf or golf related activities. Any exceptions to this rule must be issued in writing.
- Golf Course Manager, or authorized designee shall have the right to close the golf course to play when conditions warrant. Frost/weather delay policy dictates that tee times will be pushed back in order when the course
